Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of DevBio (“Services”). By using devbio.me, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you access the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account.

DevBio grants a limited, revocable license to use the Services. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

You agree to pay subscription fees displayed in the dashboard. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

DevBio offers an optional program that allows approved users to earn referral commissions.

• 20% commission on net subscription revenue for up to 12 months.
• 90-day last-click attribution window; self-referrals are prohibited.
• ₹50 minimum payout, processed monthly via available methods.
• Commissions may be reversed for refunds, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Monthly plans are non-refundable. Annual plans may receive prorated refunds within the first 30 days. Cancelling stops renewals but access continues through the billing period.

Do not use the Services for unlawful activity, harassment, automated spam, or any attempt to disrupt our infrastructure. We may monitor usage to enforce these guidelines.

API access (if provided) must follow published limits and security requirements. We may suspend API access for abuse or operational risk.

The Services and trademarks remain the property of DevBio. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a license to host and display it.

You agree not to disclose our confidential information. We will use reasonable care to protect confidential information you provide.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate access for any breach or risk to the platform. You may terminate at any time by closing your account.

DevBio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

You agree to indemnify DevBio from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical shipping is provided.

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DevBio. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
